The Package may only be redeemed at the Hub & Spoke Café or Overflow bar at Changi Airport, by displaying the Customer’s proof of purchase. Each $10 dining voucher must be redeemed in full quantum in a single receipt at the time of payment

The $10 dining voucher cannot be used for alcoholic beverages.

The 2-hour bicycle rental voucher can only be used on the rental of a mountain bike, city bike, BMX bike, or child bike.

All Package purchases and redemptions are final and are non-negotiable, nonexchangeable, non-refundable, not for resale, and cannot be exchanged for cash or replaced if lost, damaged, or expired. The Customer shall not be entitled to a refund of any unused portion of the Package.

The shower access token can only be used at Hub & Spoke shower facilities as designated from time to time by CAG at its sole discretion.
